When you have only 15 seconds or less to convey your message, the strategy you use must be exact, direct and attractive enough to inspire customers to such an extent that they are willing to choose your brand over others. 

Ideally, the customer should be met with a variety of messages as he makes his way through the shop – for instance product advertising, branding messages, general information, news items etc. The most essential factor, however, is that your digital signage solution is considered an incentive for dialogue – a way to convince your customers that added value can be achieved by choosing your brand or visiting your shop. When putting together a playlist, you must take a number of factors into account: the time of day, the season, the speed at which customers move through the shop, the experienced waiting time and most importantly, the effect you are hoping to achieve.
