warranty information

mermaid Ventura 15”, 17” and 19” in standard versions, VESA wall, Swan Neck, Straight Neck or cabinet only are all covered by a comprehensive 3-year send in warranty.

If your mermaid Ventura needs repair fill in the RMA-request and you will receive an RMA-number which enables you to send in your monitor for repair. When we have your monitor we will repair and return it to you within 14 working days.

The following products are not standard products and are therefore covered by other guarantee terms:
Ventura 190x4, triton speakers and Poseidon. Special versions of 15”, 17” and 19” with touch, video-in are all covered by 1 year send in warranty. Please contact our customer service for further information.

Other warranty terms may apply for mermaid products purchased before 30.06.2003. Information on this is available from your mermaid product dealer.
